Amanda Young is a lawyer and social entrepreneur with extensive non-profit, government and business experience, with particular expertise in the Indigenous economic and social lens. She has been honoured with a prestigious Atlantic Fellowship in Social and Economic Equity at the London School of Economics, to add to her studies at Harvard Executive Business School, Stanford Graduate Business School.
Strong on strategy and relationships, Amanda is passionate about shifting the dial on the economic future of First Nations people.

Project and Operations
Emma is an experienced event manager and is responsible for the operations of First Nations Foundation and iconic projects such as the award-winning Big Super Day Out program, where the foundation visits national Indigenous communities to help with their superannuation needs.

Business development: My Money Dream
Raylene is a Nanda woman (Western Australia) and is based in Perth. She is leading the business development of the foundation's social enterprise product, My Money Dream, the first digital Indigenous financial education program. Raylene is also a Director of the Board. Raylene has extensive knowledge of Indigenous finances from her previous role as National Business Development Manager for First Nations Credit Union (now in CUA). Raylene is also a Board Director at First Nations Foundation.

Estelle brings a solid background of over 15 years' experience in public administration to support clients to stay true to their purpose and thrive. For the last 7 years Estelle has worked with a range of Government Departments, Statutory Authorities and Not-for-Profit organisations to enhance governance foundations, develop healthy stakeholder relationships, especially with funders, and develop capacity for delivery, planning and leadership.
