Emma is responsible for the operations of First Nations Foundation and is an experienced Festival & Events Coordinator with a history of working in the events services industry. Skilled in Event Planning and Production, Marketing, Project Management, Community Development and Partnership Engagement. She is a strong administrative professional with a Bachelor of Business focused in Event Management & Music Industry from Victoria University.

Jordie is the Project Officer at First Nations Foundation including Big Super Day Out and financial literacy product development. She has a background in Finance management, Operations Management and Project management in both the private and not for profit sectors.
She is currently studying her Bachelor of Laws to further broaden her passion of the law which she hopes to use in supporting Indigenous communities in Australia.

Kylie joins the First Nations Foundation as a research officer leading a ground-breaking Indigenous Financial Resilience study in partnership with the Centre for Social Impact (UNSW). She has a background in political theory and anthropology and is interested in exploring intercultural relations and interactions between research, policy, and Aboriginal Australians in modern Australia. She has to date worked in research, youth work, and community engagement in the Northern Territory.
